a good stay close to everything
perfect location nearby shop spacious room superb staff
the hotel's location proved perfect for exploring. nearby shops and restaurants added to the convenience. i found the rooms spacious.. this was helpful .
i found that the breakfast quality could be improved.

awesome location makes exploring easy!
central location friendly staff nice shower
I loved the central location. It made getting around so simple! the staff was wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable, a huge help. i found the shower especially nice. This detail really stood out. the room size was also good, and i especially liked the bathroom setup.
the room was quite small, feel a bit cramped, i had asked for a kettle, but the cup wasn't cleaned . plus, the noisy heating pipes disrupted my sleep.

the hotel's breakfast service offered a lot of fresh choices including pastries and local fruits. it was very convenient to have breakfast right at the hotel each morning before starting my day of exploring. the area also features multiple cafes and restaurants.

the staff ensured my requests were addressed promptly and with great care. they gave excellent directions, and their english was perfect! housekeeping kept my room clean, and they quickly replaced my towels each day. it was helpful and appreciated.

I appreciated the quiet room. the dark curtains ensured restful sleep. i found that the relaxation pools were heated just right. They were warm yet refreshing.

The staff was friendly. the pool was unique and fun. i appreciated the cool underground grotto pool. It was clean. an extra bed was provided for my daughter.
the room was somewhat small. the noise from the street at night was noticeable. it continued quite late, so ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers.

the air conditioning was such a gift. the staff assisted with a kettle for tea when i asked.. a small comfort, a gesture i won't soon forget.
